By placing an order, you agree to the following terms.

Products
All prints are made to order. As we print from film, you can expect slight variations, grain, and a more raw, natural finish. Colors may also vary slightly due to screen and printing differences.

Orders
Orders are processed shortly after purchase.
If you need to make a change, please email us at caterinalostaunau@gmail.com within 24 hours. We’ll do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed after this time.

Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in euro or dollar depending on your country. Payment must be completed before your order is processed.

Shipping
Orders are shipped within 5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs.

Returns & Refunds
Prints are made to order and are non-refundable.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos so we can assist.
